Self care can be as simple as a cup of tea, or sitting in your car for 5 minutes before you go in the house after a busy day. Our facial steams are designed to add moisture to the skin and loosen impurities, while inhaling the lovely aromas of each individually selected botanical. They increase circulation and encourage perspiration, which removes impurities out of the pores making your skin look fresher, cleaner, and younger.
Our facial steam include elements of relaxing and aromatherapy, as well as cleansing to promote allergy relief, and cold and flu season as well as sinus relief. There are 3 steams in each set.
How to use:
Make sure to cleanse you skin before doing this facial treatment. Pour hot water into a heat proof bowl (preferably glass) and add 1 tbsp, set timer for 5 minutes, position your face above the bowl, and drape a towel over your head. Make sure your are in a comfortable position and the bowl is at a comfortable height for at least 5 minutes.
Treat yourself to a nice herbal tea before the steam our skin tea is perfect for this, and make sure to drink plenty of water. You can use, but don’t have to cleanse your skin with an natural soap after the steam, be sure to apply a facial toner after the steam to seal the deal and help close your pores.
Facial steaming should not be done more than twice a week.
Refresh – Rose, Chamomile, Lavender, Calendula, Lemon Verbena, Cornflower.
Cleanse – Calendula, Tulip, Orange Peel, Chamomile, Clove, Cinnamon.
Clear – Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender, Oregano, Basil.
